Despite of increase in the amount and quality of nursing research, the conduct of research and use of its results remains poor. In Iran one of the most important barriers of research is related to research utilization. The aim of this study is to identify the barriers and facilitators of research utilization in nursing practice. Materials&Methods: The study used a descriptive- analytic design. The questionnaire was divided into two sections: The former asked for information on the academic and professional profiles of respondents, the latter was based on the BARRIERS Scale. In addition there was one open –ended question to measure the facilitators of research utilization. Content and face validity was further enhanced by submitting it to nursing researchers. Results: In factor analysis procedure four factors were extracted. The factors were labeled as: organization barriers and limitations, Quality of research, Nurses' values, awareness and skills, Communication of research. Factor loading for barrier item ''the nurse is unaware of the research'' was not included under factor headings. The top three barriers were The nurses do not have time to read research, the facilities are inadequate for implementation and the nurses do not feel they have enough authority to change patient care procedures. All the participants suggested facilitators to increase research use The most frequently mentioned facilitators were related to human resources, individual and organizational factors. Conclusion: The most dominant findings were related to organizational support. The top three barriers mentioned by the participants reflect a traditional organizational culture which hinders professional autonomy. Organizations need to ensure that facilities are provided and give the authority to the nurses to change the practice based on research. چکیده فارسی مقاله زمينه و هدف : استفاده از تحقيقات در فعاليت‌های پرستاری مراقبتی با کيفيت و هزينه اثربخش را ايجاد، پيامد مراقبتی را ارتقاء می‌دهد و اعتبار حرفه‌ای پرستاران را موجب می‌گردد. علی‌رغم افزايش در کميت و کيفيت تحقيقات پرستاری استفاده از يافته‌های تحقيق در عملکرد پرستاران ناچيز است. يکی از موانع انجام تحقيق در ايران به‌کارگيری نتايج تحقيق است. اين مطالعه با هدف تعيين عوامل تسهيل کننده و بازدارنده استفاده از يافته‌های تحقيق در عملکرد بالينی از نظر پرستاران انجام شد. روش بررسی : اين پژوهش از نوع توصيفی – تحليلی بود. پرسشنامه مورد استفاده به دو بخش تقسيم گرديد. بخش اول نمايی از اطلاعات علمی و حرفه‌ای پاسخ‌دهندگان را جويا شد و بخش دوم برگرفته از مقياس موانع فانک بود. يک سوال باز پاسخ عوامل تسهيل کننده به‌کارگيری نتايج تحقيق در عملکرد بالينی را مورد بررسی قرار داد. برای کسب اعتبار پرسشنامه از روايی صوری و محتوا با نظر محققين پرستاری استفاده گرديد. يافته‎ها : حاصل تحليل عاملی چهار عامل شناسايی و تحت عناوين محدوديت‌های سازمان، کيفيت تحقيق، ارزش‌ها، مهارت و آگاهی پرستار و ارائه نتايج تحقيق نام‌گذاری شد. مانع «عدم آگاهی کافی پرستاران از روش تحقيق» تحت بارگذاری هيچ‌يک از عوامل قرار نگرفت. سه مانع اول «نداشتن وقت کافی برای پرستاران برای مطالعه تحقيقات انجام شده، نبودن تسهيلات کافی به منظور به‌کارگيری يافته‌های تحقيق و به عمل در آوردن آن، احساس عدم اختيار برای تغيير در روش‌های مراقبتی بيماران» گزارش شد. همه پاسخ‌دهندگان تسهيل کننده‌هايی را برای افزايش استفاده از تحقيق پيشنهاد نمودند که مهم‌ترين آنها منابع انسانی، عوامل سازمانی و فردی بود. نتيجه‎گيری : يافته برجسته اين مطالعه اهميتی بود که شرکت کنندگان به حمايت سازمان در استفاده از نتايج تحقيق می‌دادند. توجه به سه مانع اول بازتابی از عملکرد سنتی سازمان است. لازم است سازمان‌ها به پرستار اختيار و استقلال تغيير در روش‌های مراقبتی و درمانی بيماران را بدهند و تسهيلاتی را فراهم آورند که وی قادر باشد در جهت تغيير روش‌های مراقبتی براساس شواهد قدم بردارد. کلیدواژه‌های انگلیسی مقاله Research Utilization, Barriers and Facilitators, Nurse کلیدواژه‌های فارسی مقاله تحقيق ، به‌کارگيری نتايج تحقيق ، موانع و تسهيلات ، پرستار صفحه آغاز مقاله در نشریه ۶۳ صفحه پایان مقاله در نشریه ۷۲ نشانی اینترنتی http://www.goums.ac.ir/journal/browse.php?a_code=A-10-2-25&slc_lang=fa&sid=fa فایل مقاله فایلی برای مقاله ذخیره نشده است نویسندگان مقاله 4699---4700---4701--- برای برگشت به بخش مقاله‌های منتشر شده اینجا را کلیک كنید.
